    不过那个FPGA也不便宜啊!还有就是扩展接口的速度问题! 高性能的SDRAM接口是必需用FPGA的,那个FPGA片子的价格已经不菲了,何况你还得开发程序! 我是觉得得不尝失. 如果你的应用非得用那么大的RAM何不考虑其它片子呢,或是将需要大RAM的部分和CPU部分分开处理,那样就方便很多了!

    用个10来块钱的 CPLD扩展,挺好。哈哈还是建议stm32能抓抓紧,把sdram控制器集成里面。 流明已经集成了,抓紧啊!

    STM32 不支持 SDRA , 使用psram 价格比 SDRAM 贵点点, 但是比 SRAM 便宜很多。PSRAM中文名称是假静态随机存储器。它体积更为轻巧,售价更具竞争力。PSRAM就是伪SRAM,内部的内存颗粒跟SDRAM的颗粒相似,但外部的接口跟SRAM相似,不需要SDRAM那样复杂的控制器和刷新机制,PSRAM的接口跟SRAM的接口是一样的。

    用的是ep1c3t100c8n,epcs用的是m25p16,下载sof文件正常,但是sof转成jic后通过JTAG下载就出现如下错误Error (209075): Serial Flash Loader Active Serial Memory Interface on device 1 is not granted . 以下是我的配置管脚和JTAG管脚上下拉电阻,nCE脚的下拉电阻我改成0欧姆了,MSEL0直接对地,MSEL1对地和连到VCC3.3V都试过,同样的错误这个问题折腾了好久,求大神帮忙解决或者提供思路
